Timothy L. Kofstad, Broker:

Timothy was born and raised right here in Roseau County and is a graduate of Roseau High School.  Tim worked in his family sign business, where he was involved with sales, lettering and installation of signage. In 1990, Tim left the family business to pursue his passion, Real Estate!   

Tim is an  active member of the Evangelical Covenant Church and serves on the board as well as the executive board of  Bluewater Covenant Bible Camp, near Grand Rapids. 

When not working, Tim is busy wrenching on his boys' motor cycle and following the local  motocross circuit with his two sons, Jordan and Joshua. Tim also enjoys watching his daughter, Sarah "Jessi's" , softball and  volleyball games as well as hunting, camping, snowmobiling.

Tim is a hard working individual who enjoys working with people, making their dreams come true.  Tim is very knowledgeable in all types of real estate, whether it be homes, farms, commercial or recreational types of property.

Tim is licensed to conduct business in the State of Minnesota.

Janell Kofstad, Broker Associate:

Janell was also raised in Roseau. Prior to opening the Real Estate business in 1990, Janell worked at Citizens State Bank where she worked as the head book keeper until 1991. Janell is also an active member of the Evangelical Covenant where she teaches Sunday School and serves on the Christian Education board and Covenant Women's Ministries. 

When not working, Janell enjoys spending time with her children, cooking, camping, scrap booking and beading with her daughter.

Janell is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and loves working with people and the technical and computer aspect of real estate!
