1990
Tim and Janell opened a new office for the USA Realty brokerage in their own hometown of Roseau, Minnesota.
1992
Following a fruitful start to their new career, Tim earns his broker license and the couple purchases USA Realty. Over the next decade, both their business and family grow adding three children; Jordan, Sarah and Josh (Spoiler alert, all three are now real estate agents for USA Realty!).
2012
Jordan Kofstad, Tim and Janell’s eldest son, returns to his roots after obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Bemidji State University. He begins working as a part-time agent with USA Realty.
2020
Several years into a productive career as a real estate agent, Jordan makes the move to become a broker and purchases USA Realty.
2022
Following a record sales year, USA Realty purchases Genereux Realty and opens a second office in Thief River Falls, MN.
